अथ शरशतभिन्नकृत्तदेहैर्हतपतितैः क्षणदाचरैः समन्तात् ।
निधनमुपगतैर्मही कृताभूद्गिरिशिखरैरिव दुर्गमातिरौद्रा ॥१३४॥

134. Then, the earth became exceedingly dreadful and impassable, as if covered by mountain peaks, due to the night-wanderers (rākṣasas) who had been slain and fallen, their bodies pierced and cut by hundreds of arrows, having met their end all around.
