महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-80, verse-99

अथ पञ्चनदं गत्वा नियतो नियताशनः ।
पञ्च यज्ञानवाप्नोति क्रमशो येऽनुकीर्तिताः ॥९९॥
99. atha pañcanadaṁ gatvā niyato niyatāśanaḥ ,
pañca yajñānavāpnoti kramaśo ye'nukīrtitāḥ.
99. atha pañcanadam gatvā niyataḥ niyatāśanaḥ
pañca yajñān avāpnoti kramaśaḥ ye anukīrtitāḥ
99. Then, having gone to Pañcanada, a self-controlled person with a regulated diet (niyatāśana) attains the five sacrifices (yajñas) that have been successively proclaimed.
