महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-80, verse-105

ततो गच्छेत मलदां त्रिषु लोकेषु विश्रुताम् ।
पश्चिमायां तु संध्यायामुपस्पृश्य यथाविधि ॥१०५॥
105. tato gaccheta maladāṁ triṣu lokeṣu viśrutām ,
paścimāyāṁ tu saṁdhyāyāmupaspṛśya yathāvidhi.

paścimāyām tu saṃdhyāyām upaspr̥śya yathāvidhi
105. Then, one should proceed to Malada, a place well-known throughout the three worlds. There, one should perform ablutions according to the prescribed rituals, specifically during the western twilight.
