महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-80, verse-78

तस्मिंस्तीर्थवरे स्नात्वा शुचिः प्रयतमानसः ।
अग्निष्टोमातिरात्राभ्यां फलं प्राप्नोति मानवः ॥७८॥
78. tasmiṁstīrthavare snātvā śuciḥ prayatamānasaḥ ,
agniṣṭomātirātrābhyāṁ phalaṁ prāpnoti mānavaḥ.

78. A human being (mānava), having bathed in that excellent sacred bathing place, becoming pure and with a controlled mind, attains the fruit of the Agniṣṭoma and Atirātra sacrifices.
