महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-80, verse-45

मनसाप्यभिकामस्य पुष्कराणि मनस्विनः ।
पूयन्ते सर्वपापानि नाकपृष्ठे च पूज्यते ॥४५॥
45. manasāpyabhikāmasya puṣkarāṇi manasvinaḥ ,
pūyante sarvapāpāni nākapṛṣṭhe ca pūjyate.
45. manasā api abhikāmasya puṣkarāṇi manasvinaḥ
pūyante sarvapāpāni nākapṛṣṭhe ca pūjyate
45. Even for a wise person (manasvin) who mentally desires (to visit) Pushkara, all sins are purified, and he is revered in the highest heaven.
