महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-80, verse-30

यस्य हस्तौ च पादौ च मनश्चैव सुसंयतम् ।
विद्या तपश्च कीर्तिश्च स तीर्थफलमश्नुते ॥३०॥
30. yasya hastau ca pādau ca manaścaiva susaṁyatam ,
vidyā tapaśca kīrtiśca sa tīrthaphalamaśnute.
30. yasya hastau ca pādau ca manaḥ ca eva susaṃyatam
vidyā tapaḥ ca kīrtiḥ ca saḥ tīrthaphalam aśnute
30. He whose hands, feet, and mind are well-controlled, and who possesses knowledge, austerity (tapas), and renown, he indeed obtains the benefit (phalam) of sacred pilgrimage sites (tīrtha-s).
