महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-80, verse-51

ब्राह्मणः क्षत्रियो वैश्यः शूद्रो वा राजसत्तम ।
न वियोनिं व्रजन्त्येते स्नातास्तीर्थे महात्मनः ॥५१॥
51. brāhmaṇaḥ kṣatriyo vaiśyaḥ śūdro vā rājasattama ,
na viyoniṁ vrajantyete snātāstīrthe mahātmanaḥ.

51. O best of kings, these—whether a brahmin (vipra), a kṣatriya, a vaiśya, or a śūdra—who have bathed in the sacred bathing place (tīrtha) of the venerable Puṣkara, do not go to another womb (vīyoni).
