महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-80, verse-87

शङ्कुकर्णेश्वरं देवमर्चयित्वा युधिष्ठिर ।
अश्वमेधं दशगुणं प्रवदन्ति मनीषिणः ॥८७॥
87. śaṅkukarṇeśvaraṁ devamarcayitvā yudhiṣṭhira ,
aśvamedhaṁ daśaguṇaṁ pravadanti manīṣiṇaḥ.

87. O Yudhiṣṭhira, the wise (manīṣin) declare that by worshipping the deity Śaṅkukarṇeśvara, one attains the reward of a tenfold Aśvamedha (yajña).
