अहं पूर्वमहं पूर्वं द्रक्ष्यामि वृषभध्वजम् ।
एवं संप्रस्थिता राजन्नृषयः किल भारत ॥१२५॥

125. ahaṁ pūrvamahaṁ pūrvaṁ drakṣyāmi vṛṣabhadhvajam ,
evaṁ saṁprasthitā rājannṛṣayaḥ kila bhārata.

125. aham pūrvam aham pūrvaṃ drakṣyāmi vṛṣabhadhvajam
| evam samprasthitāḥ rājan ṛṣayaḥ kila bhārata

125. "I will be the first! I will be the first to see the one with the bull on his banner (Śiva)!" Thus, O King (rājan), the sages (ṛṣi) indeed set out, O Bhārata.
