महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-80, verse-61

तत्रोष्य रजनीः पञ्च षष्ठकालक्षमी नरः ।
न दुर्गतिमवाप्नोति सिद्धिं प्राप्नोति चोत्तमाम् ॥६१॥
61. tatroṣya rajanīḥ pañca ṣaṣṭhakālakṣamī naraḥ ,
na durgatimavāpnoti siddhiṁ prāpnoti cottamām.

61. A person who stays there for five nights, subsisting on food only at the sixth meal (ṣaṣṭhakālakṣamī), does not experience a bad fate but instead achieves supreme accomplishment (siddhi).
