महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-110, verse-81

एकोनविंशे दिवसे यो भुङ्क्ते एकभोजनम् ।
सदा द्वादश मासान्वै सप्त लोकान्स पश्यति ॥८१॥
