महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-110, verse-128

यावद्वर्षसहस्रं तु जम्बूद्वीपे प्रवर्षति ।
तावत्संवत्सराः प्रोक्ता ब्रह्मलोकस्य धीमतः ॥१२८॥
128. yāvadvarṣasahasraṁ tu jambūdvīpe pravarṣati ,
tāvatsaṁvatsarāḥ proktā brahmalokasya dhīmataḥ.

128. Indeed, for as long as a thousand years (varṣa) pass on Jambudvīpa, that many years are declared for the wise (dhīmat) one of Brahmā's world (brahmaloka).
