अद्भिः प्राणान्समालभ्य नाभिं पाणितलेन च ।
स्पृशंश्चैव प्रतिष्ठेत न चाप्यार्द्रेण पाणिना ॥९५॥

95. Having touched the vital airs (prāṇas) with water and the navel with the palm of the hand, one should indeed then set forth, but not with a wet hand.
