उच्छिष्टो न स्पृशेच्छीर्षं सर्वे प्राणास्तदाश्रयाः ।
केशग्रहान्प्रहारांश्च शिरस्येतान्विवर्जयेत् ॥३५॥

35. One who is impure from eating should not touch their head, for all vital energies (prāṇa) reside there. One should avoid hair-pulling and blows to the head.
