संध्यां न भुञ्जेन्न स्नायान्न पुरीषं समुत्सृजेत् ।
प्रयतश्च भवेत्तस्यां न च किंचित्समाचरेत् ॥१३३॥

133. During twilight (sandhyā), one should not eat, nor bathe, nor evacuate feces. One should be self-controlled at that time and should not engage in any activity.
