पारदार्यमनायुष्यं नापितोच्छिष्टता तथा ।
यत्नतो वै न कर्तव्यमभ्यासश्चैव भारत ॥१३२॥

yatnato vai na kartavyamabhyāsaścaiva bhārata.

132. Adultery (pāradārya) is detrimental to longevity, and similarly, the ritual impurity (ucchiṣṭatā) from a barber. O Bhārata, these should certainly not be practiced at all, nor should one cultivate their repetition.
