महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-107, verse-45

ब्राह्मणस्तु कुलं हन्याद्ध्यानेनावेक्षितेन च ।
तस्मादेतत्त्रयं यत्नादुपसेवेत पण्डितः ॥४५॥
45. brāhmaṇastu kulaṁ hanyāddhyānenāvekṣitena ca ,
tasmādetattrayaṁ yatnādupaseveta paṇḍitaḥ.
45. brāhmaṇaḥ tu kulam hanyāt dhyānena avekṣitena ca
| tasmāt etat trayam yatnāt upaseveta paṇḍitaḥ
45. Indeed, a brāhmaṇa can destroy a family (kula) through contemplation (dhyāna) and even by a mere glance. Therefore, a wise person (paṇḍita) should carefully guard these three (mind, speech, and body).
