महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-107, verse-74

न नग्नः कर्हिचित्स्नायान्न निशायां कदाचन ।
स्नात्वा च नावमृज्येत गात्राणि सुविचक्षणः ॥७४॥
74. na nagnaḥ karhicitsnāyānna niśāyāṁ kadācana ,
snātvā ca nāvamṛjyeta gātrāṇi suvicakṣaṇaḥ.
74. na nagnaḥ karhicit snāyāt na niśāyām kadācana
snātvā ca na avamṛjyeta gātrāṇi suvicakṣaṇaḥ
74. One should never bathe naked, nor at night. And after bathing, a discerning person should not rub their limbs (too vigorously).
