महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-55, verse-126

ते चेदिपाञ्चालकरूषमत्स्याः पार्थाश्च सर्वे सहिताः प्रणेदुः ।
वित्रास्य सेनां ध्वजिनीपतीनां सिंहो मृगाणामिव यूथसंघान् ।
विनेदतुस्तावतिहर्षयुक्तौ गाण्डीवधन्वा च जनार्दनश्च ॥१२६॥
126. te cedipāñcālakarūṣamatsyāḥ; pārthāśca sarve sahitāḥ praṇeduḥ ,
vitrāsya senāṁ dhvajinīpatīnāṁ; siṁho mṛgāṇāmiva yūthasaṁghān ,
vinedatustāvatiharṣayuktau; gāṇḍīvadhanvā ca janārdanaśca.
126. te cedipāñcālakarūṣamatsyāḥ pārthāḥ ca sarve
sahitāḥ praṇeduḥ vitrāsya senām dhvajinīpatīnām
siṃhaḥ mṛgāṇām iva yūthasaṅghān vinedatuḥ tau

126. All the Chedis, Pañcālas, Karūṣas, and Matsyas, along with all the Pārthas, roared together, terrifying the armies of the flag-bearing commanders, just as a lion frightens herds of deer. Filled with great joy, both the wielder of the Gāṇḍīva bow (Arjuna) and Janārdana (Kṛṣṇa) also roared.
