महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-55, verse-120

बाणाहतास्तूर्णमपेतसत्त्वा विष्टभ्य गात्राणि निपेतुरुर्व्याम् ।
ऐन्द्रेण तेनास्त्रवरेण राजन्महाहवे भिन्नतनुत्रदेहाः ॥१२०॥
120. bāṇāhatāstūrṇamapetasattvā; viṣṭabhya gātrāṇi nipetururvyām ,
aindreṇa tenāstravareṇa rāja;nmahāhave bhinnatanutradehāḥ.

120. O King, in that great battle, those whose armored bodies were pierced, struck by arrows, quickly lost their lives, and having propped up their limbs, they fell onto the earth by means of that excellent Aindra weapon.
