महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-40, verse-37

दुर्योधनं तु विरथं छिन्नसर्वायुधं रणे ।
भ्रातरः पर्यरक्षन्त सोदर्या भरतर्षभ ॥३७॥
37. duryodhanaṁ tu virathaṁ chinnasarvāyudhaṁ raṇe ,
bhrātaraḥ paryarakṣanta sodaryā bharatarṣabha.

37. O best of the Bharatas (Dhṛtarāṣṭra), however, his own full brothers protected Duryodhana in battle, who was left without a chariot and with all his weapons destroyed.
