महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-40, verse-2

ततस्तु चेदिकारूषान्सृञ्जयांश्च महारथान् ।
कर्णो जघान संक्रुद्धो भीमसेनस्य पश्यतः ॥२॥
2. tatastu cedikārūṣānsṛñjayāṁśca mahārathān ,
karṇo jaghāna saṁkruddho bhīmasenasya paśyataḥ.

karṇaḥ jaghāna saṃkruddhaḥ bhīmasenasya paśyataḥ

2. Then, enraged, Karṇa killed the great charioteers, namely the Cedis, Kārūṣas, and Sṛñjayas, even as Bhīmasena watched.
