ज्या चास्य चरतो युद्धे सव्यदक्षिणमस्यतः ।
विद्युदम्बुदमध्यस्था भ्राजमानेव साभवत् ॥११८॥

118. jyā cāsya carato yuddhe savyadakṣiṇamasyataḥ ,
vidyudambudamadhyasthā bhrājamāneva sābhavat.

118. jyā ca asya carataḥ yuddhe savyadakṣiṇam asyataḥ
vidyut ambuda madhyasthā bhrājamānā iva sā abhavat

118. And as he moved in battle, shooting (arrows) left and right, his bowstring became like a flash of lightning gleaming amidst the clouds.
