महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-40, verse-34

ततो दुर्योधनस्याश्वान्हत्वा सूतं च पञ्चभिः ।
धनुश्चिच्छेद भल्लेन जातरूपपरिष्कृतम् ॥३४॥
34. tato duryodhanasyāśvānhatvā sūtaṁ ca pañcabhiḥ ,
dhanuściccheda bhallena jātarūpapariṣkṛtam.

dhanuḥ ciccheda bhallena jātarūpaparṣkṛtam

34. Then, with five (arrows), he killed Duryodhana's horses and charioteer, and with a bhalla (arrow), he cut his gold-adorned bow.
