महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-40, verse-24

अथास्य सशरं चापं हस्तावापं च मारिष ।
क्षुरप्रेण सुतीक्ष्णेन राजा चिच्छेद संयुगे ॥२४॥
24. athāsya saśaraṁ cāpaṁ hastāvāpaṁ ca māriṣa ,
kṣurapreṇa sutīkṣṇena rājā ciccheda saṁyuge.

24. Then, O venerable one, the king (Duryodhana), with a very sharp, razor-sharp arrow, cut his bow with its arrows and his arm-guard in battle.
