मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-5, verse-76

अतिक्रान्ते दशाहे च त्रिरात्रमशुचिर्भवेत ।
संवत्सरे व्यतीते तु स्पृष्ट्वैवापो विशुध्यति ॥७६॥
76. atikrānte daśāhe ca trirātramaśucirbhavet ,
saṁvatsare vyatīte tu spṛṣṭvaivāpo viśudhyati.

76. If ten days have already passed, one becomes impure for three nights. If a year has passed, one becomes pure by just touching water.
