महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-192, verse-92

तस्याश्चायं मया राजन्फलमभ्येत्य याचितः ।
विकृतेन च मे दत्तं विशूद्धेनान्तरात्मना ॥९२॥
92. tasyāścāyaṁ mayā rājanphalamabhyetya yācitaḥ ,
vikṛtena ca me dattaṁ viśūddhenāntarātmanā.
92. tasyāḥ ca ayam mayā rājan phalam abhyetya yācitaḥ
vikṛtena ca me dattam viśuddhena antarātmanā
92. rājan mayā abhyetya tasyāḥ phalam ca ayam yācitaḥ
ca vikṛtena viśuddhena antarātmanā me dattam
92. O King, I approached (him) and requested the fruit of that (deed or cow). And this deformed individual gave it to me with a purified inner self (ātman).
