षोडशाष्टौ च दश च विंशत्त्रिंशत्तथैव च ।

garuḍaḥ pannagān iva viparidhāvati

7. Clasping sixteen, eight, ten, twenty, and thirty [foes] with his arms, he runs about devouring them. He consumes them, exceedingly enraged, like Garuḍa [devours] serpents.
