वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-55, verse-12

स शूलमाविध्य तडित्प्रकाशं गिरिं यथा प्रज्वलिताग्रशृङ्गम् ।
बाह्वन्तरे मारुतिमाजघान गुहो ऽचलं क्रौञ्चमिवोग्रशक्त्या ॥१२॥
12. sa śūlamāvidhya taḍitprakāśaṃ giriṃ yathā prajvalitāgraśṛṅgam ,
bāhvantare mārutimājaghāna guho'calaṃ krauñcamivograśaktyā.

12. He (Kumbhakarna), having brandished his spear shining like lightning—just as a mountain with an intensely blazing peak—struck Maruta's son (Hanuman) in the chest, like Guha (Kartikeya) striking the Krauncha mountain with his formidable power (śakti).
