महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-326, verse-86

शंकरं च महासेनं बाणप्रियहितैषिणम् ।
पराजेष्याम्यथोद्युक्तौ देवलोकनमस्कृतौ ॥८६॥
86. śaṁkaraṁ ca mahāsenaṁ bāṇapriyahitaiṣiṇam ,
parājeṣyāmyathodyuktau devalokanamaskṛtau.

parājeṣyāmi atha udyuktau devalokanamaskṛtau

86. I will defeat Śaṅkara, who is the well-wisher of his dear Bāṇa, and Mahāsena (Kārtikeya). Though both are engaged and revered by the divine realms, I will overcome them.
