अहं कर्ता च कार्यं च कारणं चापि नारद ।
अहं हि जीवसंज्ञो वै मयि जीवः समाहितः ।
मैवं ते बुद्धिरत्राभूद्दृष्टो जीवो मयेति च ॥४५॥
अहं हि जीवसंज्ञो वै मयि जीवः समाहितः ।
मैवं ते बुद्धिरत्राभूद्दृष्टो जीवो मयेति च ॥४५॥
45. ahaṁ kartā ca kāryaṁ ca kāraṇaṁ cāpi nārada ,
ahaṁ hi jīvasaṁjño vai mayi jīvaḥ samāhitaḥ ,
maivaṁ te buddhiratrābhūddṛṣṭo jīvo mayeti ca.

45.
I am indeed the doer, and the deed, and also the cause, O Nārada. I am, in truth, known as the individual soul (jīva); the individual soul (jīva) is established in me. May your understanding (buddhi) not form here, "The individual soul (jīva) has been seen by me."
