महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-326, verse-53

ध्रुवं च ज्योतिषां श्रेष्ठं पश्य नारद खेचरम् ।
अम्भोधरान्समुद्रांश्च सरांसि सरितस्तथा ॥५३॥
53. dhruvaṁ ca jyotiṣāṁ śreṣṭhaṁ paśya nārada khecaram ,
ambhodharānsamudrāṁśca sarāṁsi saritastathā.

ambhodharān samudrān ca sarāṃsi saritaḥ tathā

53. O Nārada, behold Dhruva, the most excellent among all luminaries, moving in the sky. Likewise, perceive the clouds, oceans, lakes, and rivers.
