महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-326, verse-100

इदं महोपनिषदं चतुर्वेदसमन्वितम् ।
सांख्ययोगकृतं तेन पञ्चरात्रानुशब्दितम् ॥१००॥
100. idaṁ mahopaniṣadaṁ caturvedasamanvitam ,
sāṁkhyayogakṛtaṁ tena pañcarātrānuśabditam.
100. idam mahā upaniṣadam caturveda samanvitam
sāṅkhyayoga kṛtam tena pañcarātra anuśabditam
100. This great secret teaching (upaniṣad), which is in harmony with the four Vedas, was composed by him (Nārāyaṇa) according to sāṅkhya and yoga, and is also called Pañcarātra.
