महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-326, verse-46

अहं सर्वत्रगो ब्रह्मन्भूतग्रामान्तरात्मकः ।
भूतग्रामशरीरेषु नश्यत्सु न नशाम्यहम् ॥४६॥
46. ahaṁ sarvatrago brahmanbhūtagrāmāntarātmakaḥ ,
bhūtagrāmaśarīreṣu naśyatsu na naśāmyaham.

46. O brahman, I am omnipresent, the inner self (ātman) of the multitude of beings. Even when the bodies of these multitudes of beings perish, I do not perish.
