महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-326, verse-8

शेषेभ्यश्चैव वक्त्रेभ्यश्चतुर्वेदोद्गतं वसु ।
आरण्यकं जगौ देवो हरिर्नारायणो वशी ॥८॥
8. śeṣebhyaścaiva vaktrebhyaścaturvedodgataṁ vasu ,
āraṇyakaṁ jagau devo harirnārāyaṇo vaśī.
8. śeṣebhyaḥ ca eva vaktrebhyaḥ caturveda-udgatam
vasu āraṇyakam jagau devaḥ hariḥ nārāyaṇaḥ vaśī
8. vaśī devaḥ hariḥ nārāyaṇaḥ śeṣebhyaḥ eva ca
vaktrebhyaḥ caturveda-udgatam vasu āraṇyakam jagau
8. And indeed, from his other mouths, the controlled (vaśī) god Hari-Nārāyaṇa sang the Āraṇyaka texts, which are the treasure originating from the four Vedas.
