महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-326, verse-72

सत्त्वैराक्रान्तसर्वाङ्गां नष्टां सागरमेखलाम् ।
आनयिष्यामि स्वं स्थानं वाराहं रूपमास्थितः ॥७२॥
72. sattvairākrāntasarvāṅgāṁ naṣṭāṁ sāgaramekhalām ,
ānayiṣyāmi svaṁ sthānaṁ vārāhaṁ rūpamāsthitaḥ.

72. Having assumed the form of a boar (varāha), I shall bring back to its own place the lost earth, whose entire body is overwhelmed by living beings and which has the ocean as its girdle.
