मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-51, verse-93

विरोधिनीसुतास्तत्र विजृम्भन्ते प्रचोदिताः ।
एको जिह्वागतः पुंसां स्त्रीणाञ्चालीकसत्यवान् ॥९३॥
93. virodhinīsutāstatra vijṛmbhante pracoditāḥ .
eko jihvāgataḥ puṃsāṃ strīṇāñcālīkasatyavān.
93. virodhinī-sutāḥ tatra vijṛmbhante pracoditāḥ ekaḥ
jihvā-gataḥ puṃsām strīṇām ca alīka-satya-vān
93. There, the children of adversaries, being instigated, flourish. One (of these) resides on the tongues of men and women, speaking falsehoods as if they were truth.
