तिष्ठत्यन्यकुमारस्तु तथास्त्त्वित्यसकृद् ब्रुवन् ।
शुभाशुभे नृणां युङ्क्ते तथोक्तिस्तच्च नान्यथा ॥११॥

11. tiṣṭhatyanyakumārastu tathāsttvityasakṛd bruvan .
śubhāśubhe nṛṇāṃ yuṅkte tathoktistacca nānyathā.

tiṣṭhati anyakumāraḥ tu tathā astu iti asakṛt bruvan
śubhāśubhe nṛṇām yuṅkte tathā uktiḥ tat ca na anyathā

But another youth stands, repeatedly saying 'So be it!'. He bestows both auspicious and inauspicious outcomes upon people, and that utterance is never otherwise (it always comes true).
