मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-51, verse-103

यस्या न क्रियते सर्वः सम्यग् वैवाहिको विधिः ।
कालातीतोऽथवा तस्या हरत्येका कुचद्वयम् ॥१०३॥
103. yasyā na kriyate sarvaḥ samyag vaivāhiko vidhiḥ .
kālātīto'thavā tasyā haratyekā kucadvayam.

kālātītaḥ athavā tasyā harati ekā kucadvayam
103. If the complete and proper marriage ceremony (vidhi) for a girl is not performed, or if it is performed after the appropriate time (kālātīta), then the first (spirit), the kucaharā, takes away her two breasts.
