Another (ailment) takes away the menstrual flow (puṣpa) of women. If the flow has already commenced, then the woman (affected by this ailment) becomes like a young maiden. However, if the flow has not yet commenced, then that (ailment) should be known as `dauḥsahā` (causing great distress) and `ṛtahārikā` (the obstructer of the menstrual period).
