ekādaśa tathā eva anyat apatyam tasya vai dine

Similarly, there are another eleven days. (Then there is a period) on the very day of childbirth (or when an offspring is present), another when approaching a new day (dawn), and similarly, on other occasions such as when performing a śrāddha (funeral rites) offering.
