मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-51, verse-113

चण्डालयोन्योऽवसथे लीका या प्रसविष्यति ।
तस्याश्च सन्तिः पूर्वा सा च सद्यो नशिष्यति ॥११३॥
113. caṇḍālayonyo'vasathe līkā yā prasaviṣyati .
tasyāśca santiḥ pūrvā sā ca sadyo naśiṣyati.
113. caṇḍālayonyaḥ avasathe yā prasaviṣyati tasyāḥ
ca santatiḥ pūrvā sā ca sadyaḥ naśiṣyati
113. Whichever female of outcaste origin gives birth in a dwelling, her former progeny and she herself will immediately perish.
