मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-51, verse-112

अद्यप्रभृति लीकानामावासं यो हि दास्यति ।
दण्डं तस्याहमतुलं पातयिष्ये न संशयः ॥११२॥
112. adyaprabhṛti līkānāmāvāsaṃ yo hi dāsyati .
daṇḍaṃ tasyāhamatulaṃ pātayiṣye na saṃśayaḥ.
112. adyaprabhṛti līkānām āvāsam yaḥ hi dāsyati
daṇḍam tasya aham atulam pātayisyē na saṃśayaḥ
112. From today onwards, whoever indeed provides a dwelling for the lice, I will inflict upon him an immense punishment; there is no doubt about it.
