मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-51, verse-27

नियोजयति मामिष्टविरोधाच्च विवर्जनम् ।
आक्रुष्टोऽन्येन मन्येत ताडितो वा नियोजिका ॥२७॥
27. niyojayati māmiṣṭavirodhācca vivarjanam .
ākruṣṭo'nyena manyeta tāḍito vā niyojikā.
27. niyojayati mām iṣṭavirodhāt ca vivarjanam
ākruṣṭaḥ anyena manyeta tāḍitaḥ vā niyojikā
27. She (the instructress) directs me to avoid opposition to what is desired. And if one is insulted by another or struck, one should consider (that experience) an instructress (niyojikā).
