45. tathā ca pṛthivīpāla yo bhaveddharmasaṁyutaḥ ,

And so, O protector of the earth, whoever is connected with natural law (dharma) should be considered short-lived, for indeed, no natural law (dharma) whatsoever exists (to protect them).
