महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-186, verse-27

निवृत्तयज्ञस्वाध्यायाः पिण्डोदकविवर्जिताः ।
ब्राह्मणाः सर्वभक्षाश्च भविष्यन्ति कलौ युगे ॥२७॥
27. nivṛttayajñasvādhyāyāḥ piṇḍodakavivarjitāḥ ,
brāhmaṇāḥ sarvabhakṣāśca bhaviṣyanti kalau yuge.

27. In the Kali age, Brahmins will become those who have abandoned Vedic rituals (yajña) and self-study of the Vedas (svādhyāya). They will be devoid of ancestral offerings (piṇḍa-udaka) and will consume all kinds of food (sarvabhakṣāḥ).
