महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-186, verse-29

बहवो म्लेच्छराजानः पृथिव्यां मनुजाधिप ।
मिथ्यानुशासिनः पापा मृषावादपरायणाः ॥२९॥
29. bahavo mleccharājānaḥ pṛthivyāṁ manujādhipa ,
mithyānuśāsinaḥ pāpā mṛṣāvādaparāyaṇāḥ.
