na tadā sarvabījāni samyagrohanti bhārata ,
adharmaphalamatyarthaṁ tadā bhavati cānagha.

44.
Then, O Bhārata, the glorious Lord Indra (Pākaśāsana) does not rain according to the season. Then, O sinless one, not all seeds sprout properly. And at that time, the fruit of unrighteousness (adharma) becomes exceedingly abundant.
