विश्वेभ्यश्चैव देवेभ्यो विश्वबूतभ्य एव च ॥९९॥

99. brahmaṇe cāntarīkṣāya sūryāya ca yathākramama .

And in due order, to Brahma (brahman), to the atmosphere, and to Surya. And certainly, to all the gods and also to all beings (viśvabhūta).
