मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-34, verse-23

नग्नां परस्त्रियं नेक्षेन्न पश्येदात्मनः सकृत् ।
उदक्या दर्शनां स्पर्शो वर्ज्यं सम्भाषणन्तथा ॥२३॥
23. nagnāṃ parastriyaṃ nekṣenna paśyedātmanaḥ sakṛt .
udakyā darśanāṃ sparśo varjyaṃ sambhāṣaṇantathā.
23. nagnām parastriyam na īkṣet na paśyet ātmanaḥ sakṛt
udakyā darśanām sparśaḥ varjyam sambhāṣaṇam tathā
23. One should not gaze upon another's naked wife, nor should one continuously look at oneself. Likewise, seeing a menstruating woman, touching her, and conversing with her are to be avoided.
